Supervisor Crystal demonstrated a complete failure of leadership: she was unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and unprofessional—going so far as to mute the call and then hang up. Thankfully, Rep Darragh provided the competent assistance. She identified and corrected a two-year-old coding error that Crystal was unable to even comprehend. Darragh is the sole reason my issue was resolved. Crystal, however, is clearly unqualified for a supervisory position and her presence severely undermines the court's credibility. UPDATE: Thank you for the reply. I hope your organization should do something with supervisor Crystal. There should be consequences for supervisor not being able to handle customer cases like that, right? She is NOT qualified to be a supervisor.

I got cited heading west on the 202 rt by Scottsdale rd n my court location is on Frye rd and AZ Ave??? Could it be any further away from where the accident happened??!!WHAT?? OH,.. OK!!

LOVE THIS PLACE! considering I've had to go the involuntarily, more times than I want to admit! Hasn't been that bad! I believe it was Meghan- she always helps me when I can't figure out how to sign up for traffic school and I love the security team- I always try to make them laugh so they don't tase me but anyways it's great! I hope I never have to go there again and I mean that in the best way possible!

It is disappointing to hear a judge saying " I don't know anything about hair"! So, why are we in front of a judge, with pages of proof and explanation of what happened? Hearing Officer Melton didn't understand the case, showing no interest in what happened, cut off the plaintiff when I try to explain that the defendant's witness is bogus and was produce out of thin air. Saying that the defendant's witness is bogus doesn't mean I " Torpedo" the lying witness as the hearing officer said. As a plaintiff, I explained him the difference between placement of hair extensions and a botched haircut. The hearing was about a BAD HAIRCUT NOT the PLACEMENT of expensive hair extensions. The haircut occured AFTER the placement oh hair extensions. The hearing officer ruled out on a matter completely not related with the plaintiff filing, he was confused about the matter. Mr. Melton, the hearing was about a defendant who did a BOTCHED HAIRCUT on a $1175 hair extensions, NOT the PLACEMENT OF EXPENSIVE HAIR EXTENSIONS! Traffic judge for me is a understanding human. As for the judge for evictions heartless and unethical i had all the evidence to show a crooked landlord and he ruled in her favor based soly on my lack of knowledge of landlord laws. She had a attorney of course but no way did they have evidence proving otherwise. I had money orders showing i paid rent still rulled in her favor and also made me pay her attorney fees and quote back rent.
